darko2k7 Posted 18 November 2010 Share Posted 18 November 2010 Anyone seen this on official site ,don't know who worked out the prices tho bit dodgy OS link Once again Leicester City Football Club will be helping to raise even more money for the Poppy Appeal with the auction of a number of exclusive, one of a kind, match worn shirts from the recent Remembrance Fixture against Derby County. You could secure yourself a piece of LCFC history and at the same time help to raise funds for the Royal British Legion's Poppy Appeal by bidding for one of the shirts in our Remembrance Fixture Shirt Auction. Bidding is now open for the shirts, which were specially embroidered with a poppy to mark the annual Remembrance match. Also available as part of the Poppy Appeal auction is a signed LCFC ball which has been kindly donated by Half-Time Draw winners, John Williamson and his sister-in-law, Elaine Chivers. City supporter John explained why they decided to donate the prize to the Poppy Appeal auction: "As both myself and Elaine could not split the signed ball between the two of us we thought it a nice gesture to donate it towards the Poppy Appeal auction and help raise a little more for the Royal British Legion." Everyone at Leicester City Football Club would like to thank both John and Elaine for the generosity in donating the prize.
