LCFC U21 / Development Squad Stuff it in here.

The Foxes have given trials to a number of young players recently with some getting games in their junior sides as they look to add quality to their youth ranks. Goalkeeper Diego Coret has been at the club's training ground already and will be offered a youth contract if he impresses enough, according to reports in Holland. The 16-year-old has previously been on the books of Utrecht. Leicester are also taking a look at 17-year-old Congo-born winger Serge Atakayi. Atakayi has been living in Finland since he was 11 when he was snapped up by FF Jaro and has dual nationality. Atakayi, who has previously had a trial with Fulham, can play on either wing, made his league debut at 16 and is the youngest player to score in Finnish football.

Michael Cain still here? He was leagues one clubs best player last season. If he moved then he could of been in the championship in a couple of seasons. Don't waste you career here!

He is, needs a loan/permanent to the championship, surprised we didn't play him in the cup games this season but not surprised about the number of players leaving, U21 squad has been poor this year compared to last season.

Iversen isn't even on the bench.

Probably means Schwarz injured and he's on the bench Sunday

I actually quite like the clubs approach today, they've said "you've got yourselves in this mess so you dig yourself out" no tinkering and taking advantage of the overage players rules, it's good, it'll teach them the right values that are expected of the first team.

On the other hand it'll be embarrassing being in the U19 Champo League next year with a team that isn't even in the Premier Reserve league!

Second half then. It's a win or we are going doooown. The u21s could really do with the experience playing against prem reserves, I'd imagine.

I was thinking that... but then Arsenals U21 were relegated last season and they've had 2 break into the first team this year.

Fair enough. Chilwell has broken through with us. Choudhury seems to be doing well. Not sure what's happening with Dodoo or Liam Moore. Muskwe should hopefully progress nicely.

Yep it's strange... I really though Dodoo would have been the one this season. He schooled West Ham in the cup so showed his ability at a higher level.
