Sol thewall Bamba Posted 28 July 2015 Share Posted 28 July 2015 They leave no room for error, it's absolutely scandalous that they sell them in April but don't begin to send them out until the season is almost here. Some people are on holiday and need the ticket because they don't arrive back until opening day and others just want the comfort of knowing that they have something which they have paid a lot of money for in their possession. The absolute silence from the club regarding ticket distribution on the website is disgusting, and shows a serious lack of respect and utter contempt for its customers. Leicester City is a Premier club in name only, everything else is amateurish in the extreme. http://www.lcfc.com/news/article/season-cards-dispatched-today-2574294.aspx?utm_content=buffer29a49&utm_medium=social&utm_source=facebook.com&utm_campaign=buffer Absolutely disgusting. stripeyfox Posted 28 July 2015 Share Posted 28 July 2015 I booked tickets for the Anniversary Games at the Olympic Stadium in March. They arrived one week before the event. Did it ever strike me as a problem? No. As long as they're here before the event, what's the problem?

stripeyfox Posted 29 July 2015 Share Posted 29 July 2015 Maybe your circumstances are exceptional. I would imagine that for the vast majority of people, receiving the tickets ten days before they are needed is fine. If it isn't then I'm sure I could contact the venue/agent to make alternative arrangements to collect on the day.
