Trav Le Bleu Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 That Vardy scores on Saturday and Leicester lose, or that we win on Saturday and Vardy doesn't score. Obviously, we all want to win AND Vardy scores, but which would you prefer if only one of these things were to happen? It's a tricky one.... Guest Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 I only got 1 answer to this question on Saturday. I want us to win and I hope that Vardy scores.
Carl the Llama Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 I think you need to edit the poll or your post. Either way obviously 3pts for the team is more important.
Larry_LCFC Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 The longer Vardys run goes on the better overall. Obviously I want Vardy to score and for us to get something out the game, which we are more than capable of.
Webbo Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 It'd be a harder decision if it hadn't have been against United. I despise the bastards and always want them to lose.

lgfualol Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 Tough one. Can Vardy score and we draw? I want to see all the Man U fans crying that he took RVN's record and we get points.
AKCJ Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 Tough one to be honest. Think I'm swaying towards Vardy scoring and us losing. It's a once in a lifetime achievement. We'll never have a player in that position again. It's one of those "tell your grandchildren" stories.
stripeyfox Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 I'd like to see Vardy break the record but to be honest the sooner the circus around it finishes the better. If he fires a blank then so be it. The team's performance in any match is much more important than whether an individual scores and I'm sure Vardy would agree with that himself. A point is better than no point so it's not a tricky one for me.
Jonaldinho Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 I'd rather Vardy scored and we lost than Vardy not score and we draw. If it was for Vardy to not score and we win then that would be a different kettle of fish. As AKCJ says, Vardy's on the verge of something that will be talked about among Leicester fans for years to come.
tylesta Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 he holds the record with ruud anyway, 3 points all day long
fuchsntf Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 I dont need to get in a lather about this rather... Because by all the logical law Vardy either with head or feet will score So put all the negatives in the bin Ranieri' s boys will go on and win
ARM1968 Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 If he scores great but the win is what is important. I hope we smash the sterile barstewards.
bovril Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 I don't care if he doesn't score again for the rest of his career as long as we keep winning.
Countryfox Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 I can only answer this by imagining how i would feel when the game is over ..... If we lose but JV scores I would be down ... but if we win !! .. and JV doesn't score, I would still be smiling. But can we have an option 3 ... we win 6 nil and JV gets a hat trick !! I'd probably vote for that one.

Bayfox Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 Love to see vardys take the record clean and clear. However not at the cost of 3 points. But those things can hardly be linked. Infact there is more chance vardy scores and we win.

Fox92 Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 I usually go for the team but it's such a massive chance to have a Premier League record. It doesn't come around too often, which is why it stretches back to Van Nistelrooy. I'm sure we'd all be so proud of seeing a Leicester City player be a the top of that record. It'll be a great moment to see. Still pleased to have been at Newcastle on Saturday to see Vardy equal the record.

I guess if you could gaurentee that the loss to Manure would be just the one loss and it not affect moral and we picked up where we left off thereafter, then it would be an easier call. Len Finsbury Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 Just equalling the record is a remarkable achievement, but I really want something from these next run of games. A win against and Man Utd might just shut all those people that keep harping on about "but they haven't played anyone yet blah blah blah" There's still plenty of games for him to get the record if he starts again the following week. ramboacdc Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 would rather take the 3 points. hes equalled the record with a lot harder run and without the team ruud had backing him up. he's the peoples champion.
Guest Mee-9 Posted 23 November 2015 Share Posted 23 November 2015 Jimmy Saville could come on as a half time sub and score the winner as long as we beat Man Utd.
