Vardy Double Blocked

Recommended Posts

#your becoming a rather depressing personification of the vacuous and flippant society we live in , how does that make you feel when your lying in a Travelodge bed after getting abused all evening in another faceless nightclub where nobody is laughing with you but all are laughing at you ?

For an impersonator, he's made very little effort co copy Vardy's mannerisms etc. Comes over as a nervous ponce whereas Vardy is definitely alpha

At least the media picking up on it

Leicester City star Jamie Vardy isn’t the only person who wishes lookalike Lee Chapman would disappear, with the doppelganger’s latest publicity stunt his cringiest effort yet.

The former postman has routinely risked the ire of Vardy with his various media appearances, with both the striker and his wife, Rebekah, blocking ‘Chappy’, as he is known, on Instagram and Twitter.

When Vardy was asked in a press conference recently about the ongoing drama surrounding the lookalike he declined to explain his reasons for blocking Chapman, with the latter responding by posing on a sheep (no, we don’t get it either).

But now Chapman’s fun and games have gone too far after he starred in an awkward, unamusing fake press conference.

Beyond the fact that it was clearly filmed in anticipation of Vardy signing for Arsenal – which, of course, hasn’t happened, with the striker instead committing to Leicester City – it fails to conjure even the faintest laugh.

Both Chapman and the video have been totally ridiculed on social media, described, among other things, as ‘the worst thing ever’, ‘tragic’ and ‘so, so sad’. Hopefully this is the last we see of Lee Chapman.
