LCFC U21 / Development Squad 2016/17

Recommended Posts

Leicester: 1 Max Bramley, 2 Darnell Johnson (Cedric Kipre 46), 3 Connor Wood, 4 Matt Miles, 5 Elliott Moore (Darnell Johnson 76), 7 Melkamu Taufer (Jason Vincent 76), 8 Daniel Rowe (Kiernan Dewsbury-Hill 63), 9 Kairo Mitchell (Josh Eppiah 63), 10 Faiq Bolkiah (Lamine Sharif 46), 11 Josh Debayo, 15 Josh Knight (Alex Pascanu 63)

What's that about? Did he really get sub'd off only to be sub'd on... or do we have two Darnell Johnsons? Did Elliott Moore get injured?

Massive shakeup happening at the moment. Hopefully it's to try and better the output of our academy, but the fact that the staff moving on are going to other Premier League clubs is questionable!

Michael Cain must be off in the next year or so surely? Nearly 22 and judging by his lack of friendly or cup apperences no where near the first team.

I think it is now an u23 league so he's got a couple more years. The club just released a bunch of over 21 year olds as well, bet theyre gutted.

Ah fair enough forgot that was this year, may be hope for him yet then although I would rather focus on Choudhury as he seems to be a top prospect.

The home games not at King Power will be at Holmes Park as the club is investing a few quid there . The Reading games are reversed with the game now at Holmes park instead of King power  .

Where is Holmes Park please mate?

Whetstone near the Co-op.

It's where most local teams play their cup finals. Beware it's freezing down there no matter what time of the year it is.

Thank you very much. I'll take a jerkin

why apart from elder?

If they aren't with the first team squad for the Celtic game then I doubt they will have good chance of first team football this season imo. Elder is still young and with the youth setup being to U23 now he may stay for a few years as he seemed to play well against Oxford. Just my opinion though :)
