I don't think its most either, its hard to say though because who knows how artists are manipulated by their record companies/managers etc...

 

There's no question things have got worse over the past 15 years and the charts are pretty grim but if you look back the charts are often filled with crap.

 

Its just a shame a lot now feel their only chance to become a musician is through reality TV shows or toeing the corporate line.
