Not a very clever one if he's claiming for a lot of expensive goods and is saying that they were stolen from a property with a £2000 ceiling on insurance claims - and the fingerprints of a family friend are found at the scene. I mean, £2000 would be a lot of money to me, but presume it isn't to high-earning/spending footballers

Surely he would downsize his property before declaring bankruptcy?
