Ex-Leicester City player news

Lloyd Dyer starts for Watford against Bournemouth on Sky Sports 1 now.

It's like seeing one of your fit ex's with an ugly new fella.

Dyer subbed off at 57.

Bournemouth take the lead.

The offside man DJ Campbell has signed for Maidenhead Town.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing eh, we paid 1.6M for his 'services' and could have poached a lad called Jamie Vardy from Stocksbridge Park Steels for what less than £100,000? ;)

Edit - stick this in the ex-players thread Mods, didn't realise we had a thread.

Can we all laugh at the man responsible for getting us relegated?

Conference South side Maidenhead United have signed former Birmingham, Leicester and QPR striker DJ Campbell.

The 32-year-old played a total of 16 games in the Championship last season for Blackburn and Millwall.

He started his career in non-league football before moving to Brentford from Yeading in 2005, and has commanded total transfer fees of more than £3m.

The former Premier League striker goes straight into the squad for Saturday's FA Cup clash against Faversham Town.

Campbell was released by Blackburn in the summer.

Responsible for getting us relegated???

Anyway his lack of opportunities at a higher level might be something to do with this, although admittedly I don't know if this ever reached a conclusion...http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-25297600

He scored 4 goals in 28 games the year we were relegated - was offside most of the time, and was probably taking cash to actively be shit.

Ulloa has scored more goals than DJ did already, so yeah I think the main reason for being relegated was the lack of goals we put away.

I think that charges against him have been dropped.
