James. Posted 22 July 2014 Share Posted 22 July 2014 This is essentially an advertisement for my Mum's house in Cyprus disguised as a general thread about buying property abroad. After years of good behaviour and inoffensive (often dull) posts I hope the moderators afford me this little luxury. My Mum and stepdad are moving back to the UK to be closer to family and as such are selling their 3 bedroom bungalow situated in Anarita, near Paphos. As per the photos it's in incredibly good condition (only built a few years ago) with excellent outdoor space including pool. Anarita is a lovely lttle village that benefits from not having been overrun by Brits, there's stll a distinct Cypriot charm to the place and it is also very convenient for Paphos airport (15 minutes drive) and Paphos town centre (20 minutes drive). You also get around 330 days of sunshine per year. THAT'S 330 DAYS OF SUNSHINE PER YEAR. Here's the Rightmove ad - http://www.rightmove.co.uk/overseas-property/property-47144900.html Contact details are provided if you or anyone you know is interested - bear in mind you also benefit from the knowledge you are buying from a Leicester City fan. Obviously any other general discussion about buying property abroad very much encouraged in this thread.

FoxesAreBlue Posted 22 July 2014 Share Posted 22 July 2014 It looks incredible - would you accept a cheque from my uncle who is a former General in the Nigerian Army and now runs a bank? He's pretty straight up.
