Zed4q Posted 24 July 2014 Share Posted 24 July 2014 With the opening weekend of the Barclays Premier League just over three weeks away Leicester has unveiled its match ticket prices for the 2014/15 season at King Power Stadium. Sales criteria for the first six home games have also been confirmed, as Nigel Pearson as his side prepare to stand up to a baptism of fire in the top flight, with Everton, Arsenal and Manchester United all heading to King Power Stadium for what are certain to be sell-out fixtures. The other three home matches see City tackle Premier League rivals Burnley, West Bromwich Albion and Sunderland and all will be on sale to Gold Fox members and Family FoxmembersONLY from Tuesday 29 July on a one ticket per member basis. This sales priority window means that only eligible members will be able to purchase tickets for these opening six home fixtures before any remaining tickets are made available to Silver Fox members. Zed4q Posted 24 July 2014 Author Share Posted 24 July 2014 £30 is the cheapest Cat A ticket which sounds reasonable
AKCJ Posted 24 July 2014 Share Posted 24 July 2014 On the whole, we're quite cheap. Which says a hell of a lot.
Alexikokopops Posted 24 July 2014 Share Posted 24 July 2014 On the whole, we're quite cheap. Which says a hell of a lot. Isn't our highest (excluding Fosse Club) £50 and our lowest £19? http://www.lcfc.com/tickets/map_and_prices/
Ricey Posted 24 July 2014 Share Posted 24 July 2014 Very expensive for Cat A matches, but totally expected. Demand is going to be very high for those games with a sellout almost inevitable, so of course the club are going to want to bring in as much revenue as possible, especially with FFP in mind. Zed4q Posted 24 July 2014 Author Share Posted 24 July 2014 Does that mean they want be selling to general public Highly doubt the bigger games would be going to general sale due to 3.5k+ members
Guest MattP Posted 24 July 2014 Share Posted 24 July 2014 On the whole, we're quite cheap. Which says a hell of a lot. That is incorrect, they have used last season's prices for us, Think the CAT C prices are very fair, if you want a decent seat though for Cat A or B you aint going to be paying less than £40. IOWFOX Posted 24 July 2014 Share Posted 24 July 2014 So if you want to go to the first game of the season it is going to cost you £115, seems reasonable.......

Guest MattP Posted 24 July 2014 Share Posted 24 July 2014 Anyone know what the view is like in Blocks A1 & C2? The cheaper JTT blocks? Pretty shit to be honest. B1,B2 and B3 are the only places where I could honestly say you get a really good view of the game. (and of course opposite)
Harry - LCFC Posted 24 July 2014 Share Posted 24 July 2014 This'll be why they capped the number of STs I suppose. More cash to be made from match tickets.
promised land Posted 24 July 2014 Share Posted 24 July 2014 Surprised they are selling tickets for six games at once, I thought they'd release match tickets game by game. Less hassle for staff. Anyone know what the view is like in Blocks A1 & C2? The cheaper JTT blocks? There isn't a bad seat in the house, those areas were popular last season, but now everywhere will be. But sit in B1 for a few games and you won't be gagging for a seat in the JTT area.

I have sat in that area for the under 21's and other various things but I don't feel it is worth the extra money I guess it's All down to individual preference
Bryn Posted 24 July 2014 Share Posted 24 July 2014 Am I right in thinking they've more or less figured this out so all gold members and almost all silver members can get tickets almost all of the time? 23000 STH, 2000 gold members, 2000 silver members, 4000 away fans leaving a 1500 partition? The ground doesn't hold 32500 anymore, the away end isn't 4000 and I doubt 1500 will be left with netting on them. I said the other day that I read match by match around 3000, hospitality around 3000, away end 3000 plus 23k STH. I can't remember where I read it but it seemed to me no more than 3000 a match would be available to members, general sale. Ofcourse I could be wrong.
