Is anyone else having major issues with the club website? Doesn't matter what time of day or what browser you use, it works for about 10 seconds each session, then the whole thing grinds to a halt. Trying to order anything from the online shop is almost completely impossible.

I'm going to email them but wondered if anyone else is experiencing the same?

I had a problem earlier when trying to add the seats/tickets to the Everton home game I had selected into 'shopping basket'. The system froze at that point, so I had to log out and back in again. When I attempted to purchase tickets for the same game I had zero allocation left, but nothing in the shopping basket. I had to wait about half an hour before it was working again properly. In that 30mins I attempted to buy on the phone without even getting into the queue once. All worked out ok in the end, but I guess some people in future might miss out on tickets altogether if this problem happens to them when the tickets go on general sale.

If you have a season card you've already bought the ticket, it's a home game.

What's all this Gold member and City fox stuff?

New membership scheme details here: http://www.foxestalk.co.uk/forums/topic/96061-memberships-away-priority-scheme-201415/

Season card holders will be able to buy extra tickets before they go on general sale, but after members (Gold, Family, Silver, City) have bought tickets, which means there will be almost none on general sale.

Ah cheers, making some sort of sense now....

Still, if I as a season ticket holder can buy tickets for other people, why does it say

'All tickets are sold on a 1 ticket per person basis'

Before listing the dates when certain people can buy extra tickets? Does that mean you can only buy one extra ticket?

I guess so, there is a lot of confusion at the moment, I think there will be a lot of trial and error, but after 23,000 season tickets, away fans and segregation (around 4,000), corporate, 1,500 Gold members, 500x2 family members, 2,000 silver members, 2,500 City members, and 23,000 season ticket holders buying extra tickets, general sale will be pretty slim pickings.

No it means that you only need 1 ticket per person to enter the stadium
