MHC Posted 22 August 2014 Share Posted 22 August 2014 Positives - he is a very good player, reasonably versatile, better then what we already have. Negatives - he is African and that means he will go missing for a few weeks on international duty, we probably can't afford him, he probably wouldn't be interested in coming here. Result - it's probably a load of rubbish but if it isn't I would absolutely love it.

W88DY Posted 22 August 2014 Share Posted 22 August 2014 MARSEILLE are touting Andre Ayew to Premier League clubs based in London after Newcastle were offered the chance to sign him. It was reported earlier this month by L'Equipe that Ayew dreams of playing for Liverpool and he expressed his desire to play in England in May. He said: "The Premier League is a league every player dreams about. "The English league is the one most followed in Ghana. It's true that I have a real preference for England. "I like everything about it; the atmosphere, the game, the fans. There is a lot of intensity. It is a beautiful championship."

frfox Posted 22 August 2014 Share Posted 22 August 2014 Bielsa is feeling Ayew is not needed. We have Alessandrini, Payet and Thauvin to play this role. OM is making room for Stambouli and needs to take some off wages, Ayew is on big wages.
