ealingfox Posted 20 September 2014 Share Posted 20 September 2014 To be fair Burnley look every bit as defensively solid and difficult to beat as us. Just couldn't score in a brothel.
Hollism Posted 20 September 2014 Share Posted 20 September 2014 QPR won't be relegated. They'll fail to qualify for the 2015/16 Premier League season and be denied entry into the football league instead lol

Just couldn't score in a brothel. doing them a bit more credit than they deserve there. the shut out vs united seems alright, although it was when united were shit. stopping crystal palace from scoring isn't exactly hard, stopping sunderland from scoring at home again is hardly world beating stuff. teams like palace and sunderland are teams that us new boys should be trying to stop from scoring and stick a few past ourselves if we want to stay up, not just one or the other. Oxfordfox83 Posted 20 September 2014 Share Posted 20 September 2014 QPR definitely. Palace. West Brom? As good a guess as any. I can't see Arry lasting and I can't see anyone else dealing with that particular car crash of a squad. Everyone else is a timely patch of good form away from safety... Xen Posted 20 September 2014 Share Posted 20 September 2014 18th - WBA 19th - Burnley 20th - QPR Burnley to be fairly solid at the back, but one of those teams that draws too many and doesn't pick up enough points to survive. QPR to lose far too many games by large margins, with the odd unexpected win against mid-table sides like Stoke or Sunderland. WBA I think might just scrape through, and it could be any one of a number of teams taking their place. As it stands I could see Newcastle struggling, but if Pardew goes they might be alright. Palace would be my next shout.

dedlock Posted 20 September 2014 Share Posted 20 September 2014 Newcastle Ashley appears to have a business model that has Toon staying in PL. Provided that is achieved that is success in Ashley's eyes.Doubt he will allow the Toon to fall too far adrift. Pity the Geordies but doubt they will go down. st albans fox Posted 20 September 2014 Share Posted 20 September 2014 Fat boy Mick Quinn reckons we're one of the three ... Strange that he reckons we will get a point tomorrow then. Surely a team to be relegated would get beaten against utd?
Grewks Posted 20 September 2014 Share Posted 20 September 2014 20th - Burnley....With Record low goals, but they may rack up enough points to beat Derby. They simply haven't got a good enough squad to score goals, whether creating or finishing. They have the right sort of players to succeed in the championship...hard work etc....But when their most and only creative player is their right back, it leaves a lot to be desired. They were average against a man United side which any other team in this league would of beat. 19th Albion - Worst management appointment I have ever seen. 18th QPR - If it doesn't work don't fix it. No, not quite Arry. You cannot claim that the squad has too many 'bad eggs' in the championship and then buy more eggs. To me, the reason we will be fine is because we contain both the positive elements of Burnley and QPR without too many of the negatives. I mean, we have signed quality in players such as Ulloa and Cambiasso like QPR, but they also work their balls off like Burnley (The 45 mins from cambiasso at stoke showed that he has bought into the ethic already).
