Harry - LCFC Posted 22 November 2014 Author Share Posted 22 November 2014 Promising starting line-up. Surprised to see Mahrez in the first XI. Hopefully, the Morgan/Wasilewski pairing in the back four will be solid enough. Slightly harsh on Moore, I think. It's been fine for the past two games. I don't think it's harsh on Moore at all, Wasilewski's performances means he deserves to play.
RedSoxUK Posted 22 November 2014 Share Posted 22 November 2014 Konchesky back in. 4-4-2. No Powell on the bench. Wasyl potential elbows. Please don't end in tears.
bluesbrothers Posted 22 November 2014 Share Posted 22 November 2014 The river running through Sunderland is the Wear It's all about annoying them. "Small town in Newky" and all that. Phew! Think I got away with that one!

Babylon Posted 22 November 2014 Share Posted 22 November 2014 Of course not. Was will be the new scapegoat and Liam Moore will be talked up as the best CB in the country. Be Nugent soon if he's out the team long enough ..."why aren't we playing last years top scorer" ha.

Col city fan Posted 22 November 2014 Share Posted 22 November 2014 What happens if we lose with wingers? Will everyone stop moaning or find something new to moan about, like getting overrun in the middle? We've lost the DM!
Fox92 Posted 22 November 2014 Share Posted 22 November 2014 Has the manager bowed down to pressure? Mahrez and Schlupp need to step up now and prove Pearson wrong No?
Spicer Posted 22 November 2014 Share Posted 22 November 2014 Personally would of put Jeff at left back and Knocky on the wing.

Leicester_Numan Posted 22 November 2014 Share Posted 22 November 2014 If we lose today, we'll lose having a go and I can accept that but at least we actually stand a chance of winning this time.
cjslcfc Posted 22 November 2014 Share Posted 22 November 2014 I guess that lineup makes a lot of people happy... Glad to see wingers and interesting to see how cambiasso and James work together. Come on city!!!
Captain... Posted 22 November 2014 Share Posted 22 November 2014 Cambiasso and James would be to give our central defence and midfield as much cover as possible, but both are good passers of the ball. Hopefully they will be tasked with covering RDL too, allowing Mahrez to attack. Also Drinkwater has been poor recently, and doesn't deserve to start. I like the look of that team, not the one I would have picked, but very similar, I would have picked Hammond instead of Cambiasso personally, surprised he isn't on the bench, would think if we are hanging on to a small lead he would be the perfect replacement for a tiring Cambiasso. Oh well, next step in the season of LCFC. C'mon you Foxes!!
Tielemans63 Posted 22 November 2014 Share Posted 22 November 2014 I'd like it to be a happy day on Tynesside myself. I want them to be miserable as fvck on Wearside, though. I was going to post something similar. Having visited Wearside a few times I'd imagine its pretty miserable whatever happens.

benpicko Posted 22 November 2014 Share Posted 22 November 2014 What happens if we lose with wingers? Will everyone stop moaning or find something new to moan about, like getting overrun in the middle? It'll be blamed on the strange midfield duo or Schlupp being a winger instead of Knockaert or Ulloa and Vardy not working well together
Jakemoore Posted 22 November 2014 Share Posted 22 November 2014 Need a win today. We just need to get at them. They're nothing special. If this was a cup game from last season we would throw everything at them, and that is how we should approach things today!!
