Matt Posted 6 March 2015 Share Posted 6 March 2015 Not now.He should have gone after the January transfer window when he failed to identify key areas and bring in players to improve those key areas.Yes he bought Kramarić in but whilst he looks like a very good player he is a pointless signing of your not gonna bring anyone into to provide quality support or help for the lad.He bought Huth in on loan, again he looks good but we need more than 1 addition in our pathetic defence, especially when Wes 'calamity' Morgan is lining up next to him every week. Oh and how could I forget, Schwarzer, well I think the less said about him the better, think he's caused more harm that good if i'm honest, he seemed to have a good game on Wednesday i'll give him that but 1 in 5 isn't really what i'd call good enough.In the summer he didn't really sign to many players or improve us that much, I'll forgive him for that as I ageeed thinking these players would step up, be good enough in the Premiership so I cannot slag him off for what he did (or didn't) do in the summer but to not add in January that is unforgivable and should have cost him his job - I know that was only a few weeks ago but in those short weeks we could have saved this season.It's gone to long now, we're down and Pearson is the best manager for us in the championship, that said if we don't hit the ground running next season we need to say our goodbyes. Facebook site has always been full of those wanting him gone, it seems that those who support him generally dont bother trying to put up with the nonsense posted on their now. Accept that we are going down and hope that the squad that we currently have (less one or two ins and out) are good enough with Pearson to come back up We should only consider sacking him if we stay up.
