West Ham lose away at Slovenian club Domzale.

Of their last 4 games, they've drew 1 and lost 3.

Pretty strong team as well.

Away goal though....most would still have them down as the team to go through still.

1-1 at home to Maribor for Aberdeen, Scottish challenge could be over very soon lol

West Ham are through to the next round after their first win at the Olympic Stadium.

Aberdeen out after a defeat away at Maribor, Cork City are 2nd best to KRC Genk once more.

Hertha BSC the first German team to disappear from the European radar this year, as they lost 3-1 at Brøndby IF or 4-3 on aggregate.

OSC Lille also out after a defeat against Azerbaijani side Qabala - and by the same result against Larnaca, Spartak Moscow have to focus on the domestic league now.

West Ham losing on aggregate atm. For a club who say they have aspirations of being in Europe they're  making a habit of fvcking up when they do.

They always were a club in transition and they always will be - too much change and turmoil happening outside and on the pitch every season for them to become a solid outfit.

They need consistency and a vision, at the moment they only have hope and the Olympic Stadium.

Got to hand it to the Hammers. Knocked out two years in a row by a team that sounds like Ashton Kurcher from a town that was probably the location for Stalinist psychological-torture experiments in the 1960s.

Massive club.

A new ground doesn't secure success.

Trevor Sinclair talking about when he played for Manchester City then within 10 years they'd won the league.... Yeah, because they got bought out.

The Olympic Stadium is far too comfortable to be intimidating. Upton Park was a proper ground and their fans were on top of players. They lost how many home games last season, 3? They'll lose more than that this season.
