Mendy will have the best stats. Made plenty of tackles and simple, accurate passes.

Ndidi and Drinkwater were poor I'm afraid.

Don'y know how to share the direct comparison stats from Squawka but as follows:

Mendy -

Passing - 83%

Shots - 0

Tackles/% - 0/0 (2 attempted)

Interceptions - 2

Clearances - 0

N'didi -

Passing - 77%

Shots - 1

Tackles/% - 3/60% (5 attempted)

Interceptions - 4

Clearances - 3

Couldn't see total passes on there but looks like Ndidi made a fair few more.

So clearly he didn't have the best stats. I seriously hope he is unfit at the moment (he looks it) because otherwise he is awful. He was barely involved in that game although in his defence, he was not playing a role that suited him. 3 in the middle at the moment means either King or Okazaki should be in there to give us an attacking edge.

The performance scores don't seem to make much sense on there (Wes has the highest this season by a long way) but second is King. He's also only just behind Drinkwater on whoscored, so clearly not as awful as people make out.

King, attacking edge? He's not a goal scoring midfielder at this level.

He could be. He only plays in a midfield 2 and doesn't get a run in the team so he's hardly going to score loads of goals. He plays within himself these days as well. It's still there. You don't lose that knack of being in the right place and the right time.
