DO NOT DRIVE TO JUNCTION 6, M6 - IT IS CLOSED Coming from Leicester, at M6 Junction 3A stay in the left-hand lane and continue on the M6 (not going onto the M6 toll road). Remain in the left-hand lane and then keep left onto the southbound M42. Leave the M42 at Junction 6 and take the A45 towards Birmingham (4th exit off the roundabout) After about 6 miles on the A45, you will come to the Haybarnes Circus roundabout where you need to turn right (signposted Small Heath) onto the old Coventry Road. If that sounds too confusing, you can come off at Junction 7 of the M6, and head straight to town where signposts do become available. But i do recommend you follow Disco's directions...
