I view you as in mate It's not bloody addictive at all, if you look at my posting activity patterns you'll see the hours between 9-5 Mon-Fri have been the busiest. i.e when stuck at work demotivated. I checked in on foxestalk for years as a lurker, read a few bits and got a link to the radio stream liam used to put up.
