Have just read that Harvey Barnes will be called up to the England U21 squad next month for the U21 Euros.

Unless there's a change of rules, he won't be. He's ineligible for this tournament cycle as he's too old by a couple of weeks. Hasn't played in any of the qualifiers. #LCFC
