Leicester is recruiting like Arsenal during the early to mid parts of the Wenger years. Soyuncu, Fofana, Madison, Ndidi, and now Soumare are really good pickups. As an Arsenal fan, it is hard for me to say this, Leicester is ahead of the Gunners for the EPL title.
