1/2 Youri Tielemans is on a flight from Brussels to Birmingham right now with #lcfc and #monaco close to agreeing a club-record fee for the midfielder, I’ve been told.
Expect final fee to be around £40m.
He will begin medical and contract talks in Leicester later this evening.
