  1. They are the reason, along with Mr Mandaric and the Consortium before that, we still have a club to support. In just over fifteen years, going from Administration to then, winning the League - people need to remember that. Thank you Vichai, Top and the rest of your family.

  6. Watching Wes score those goals against Southampton and ManUtd and lift that trophy and his interview at the end just reminded me even more what an absolute legend that man is and just how vile some of the vitriol he's got recently has been.

  7. Can't be that bad. He's the only manager who's identified our weaknesses and signed the necessary players. He's also the only recent manager that's not had us in a relegation battle. He's done this without lying to players, changing formations two hours before kick off and spending £80m.

  11. I'm another person grateful to the NHS. A week ago I got a call from my adult son's employer, he wasn't well, couldn't drive, could I pick him up. He's almost never ill, hasn't been to see a GP since 2006 and hasn't had a day off work since then so I was worried. I found him with a bandaged hand and a high temperature. As it was the weekend I went straight to A&E, they saw him in under an hour, inspected his swollen fingers and hand and gave him some intravenous antibiotics, telling me to bring him back the next day. When I saw him the next day his temperature was just belo

  20. Every time I watch him I think of his 2 goals against Argentina and his 2 goals against Barca and I think surely he will eventually show that he is the same person. And yet every single time I'm reminded that it was a doppelganger in those matches and that the real Musa is Ali Dia reincarnated. My god, he is so bad it's unbelievable, literally everything he does in a football match is hilarious. When the bloke cleared it for a Nigeria throw in a good position and he just cleared the defender out and gave away a free kick He doesn't even have to touch the ball to fvck things up. And

  22. I didn’t enjoy any games from Arsenal away onwards apart from the Swansea home game & the games after we had won the league. Them 4 games where we won 1-0 in a row the last 10 minutes off them games was horrible & not enjoyable at all for me until the final whistle had been blew.

  27. Neymar is one of the most pathetic individuals in football. You'd have thought a bit of Messi might have rubbed off at Barca. Like or loathe Messi, he gets the shit kicked out of him repeatedly but he just gets back up and carries on without fuss. Neymar is just a ****ing twat.

  28. I tried to protect myself from the torture by convincing myself we would blow it and not to get my hopes up. That all crumbled when we beat Southampton at home. I finally dared to believe we could do it and stood there crying in the stands at full time at the magnitude of what was happening. Seeing highlights of that match and Morgan's goal still gives me goosebumps.

  29. The World Cup according to my Mum; 1) Why is the Swiss manager spitting? He's not running about. 2) Neymar's hair looks like a bloody bird's nest. Stay tuned for more.

  30. Watching these latest crop of Brazil players just highlights how good Ronaldo (R9) was, Couple of times Jesus has tried to scramble through but didn’t manage to, Ronaldo would have done, having had the pleasure of watching him live I’ve never seen a player with such power, drive and skill... you can keep Messi and Christiano, a crying shame what happened to him throughout his career, however in my opinion he was the greatest ever.

  39. Or you can continue to just ignore the fact that they've been keeping a natural source of medication from a young boy that prevents him from having hundreds of seizures a day whilst the husband of some cvnt in your beloved Tory party ships out millions of pounds worth of UK grown medicinal cannabis for huge profit. Open your eyes for once a little Matt. There's literally millions of people in this country on prescription opiates / painkillers who could benefit from a change in the law regarding medicinal cannabis - as is starting to happen around the world. We're so far

  40. That Cameroon team wasn’t just ‘one man’. It contained a number of decent players and really heralded a generation of good players from the nation who went on to play at a good level. Have a look at this and tell me that the African nations have improved significantly over recent years, by playing in the World Cup. https://bleacherreport.com/articles/1920412-the-5-greatest-african-teams-in-world-cup-history#slide4 Your angry nature is very clear in your posts. You exaggerate massively to make a point. I’m not saying and never have said ‘don’t have African nations i

  41. They are seriously ambitious, apart from the investment already shown the new training ground and plans for the stadium expansion show this. They want us to be challenging at the top end of the table and are building the club from the ground up to achieve this. Those bemoaning the transfer activity post championship win are missing how others viewed us, it still wasn't easy to attract top targets, the title was seen as a one off and top players and their agents were still wary of joining us, the bookies had us amongst the runners for relegation even. Remaining in the premier league

  42. It's not something I'd go to and I'm not a huge Corbyn fan, but we hear people bemoan the public's lack of interest in politics and we've just had a few thousand people spend an afternoon talking about, so we shouldn't complain or laugh at it. The first picture posted is clearly early in the day, that a how Victoria park looked when I got there for the premier league trophy parade as a similar example. You can't deny how many are there when Corbyn is up on stage. Maybe some only went to see Clean Bandit but heard something that's got them interested in learning more abo
