  1. JAMIE VARDYS HAVING A friend in the garden in keeping with lockdown rules

  2. I prefer him to Maddison in the role behind the striker- Iheanacho doesn't piss about with the ball as much, very good at controlling and laying off. Goal was straightforward but absolutely crucial. Had an impressive season for the time he's played.

  3. Looked much better in a central position. Created 3 wonderful chances: - First half tackled the palace player and played Vardy through who tried to square it to Kelechi. - First half again, controlled the high ball and one time pass to Vardy but unlucky final touch. - Second half puts Vardy through, but the shot hits the side netting. His positioning was also excellent and he won the ball back a few times in the opposition third. Would like to see him more involved in the penalty box, but apart from that I thought he put in a good performance.

  4. Two assists hopefully do the world of good for Barnes.

  5. And in addition to the 3 points we received a timely reminder why we should always despise Jonathan fatbastard Moss. Giving CP easy freekicks for their usual shithousery and rolling around in mortal agony, including 2 stupid yellows for marginal offences at the very worst, and then completely missing the 2 awful OTT fouls on Perez and Justin - no free-kick, no card, nothing. How he continues as a top flight referee is beyond me.

  6. Evans, Ndidi, Tielemans and Perez all absolutely brilliant today for me.

  7. Legend. Definitely starting a statue campaign for him. Who's with me?.

  8. How good has he been this season? To have barely played and have a goal every 112 mins plus 3 assists is some going. Often, and rightfully criticised for his touch previously, that's now probably the best area of his game.

  10. Never play Perez wide again. The boy is so so so much better centrally.

  11. Just spoke to a Palace mate of mine. In his words “I’m confident we’ll come away with something today...even if it’s only COVID-19”

  12. Easiest team selection of the season. Schmeichel Bennett - Evans - Soyuncu Justin - Tielemans - Ndidi - Albrighton Perez Iheanacho - Vardy Of course if Chilwell is fit he’ll probably start, if Maddison is fit he can stay on the bench. Bring Barnes on around 60-70 minutes and have him terrorise the shit Arsenal defence.

  13. That last goal made me at least six times happier. A confident Vardy will make a massive difference.

  15. Nah that’s bollocks. Kante was unreal for a season but Vardy has shown longevity and proved us wrong on many occasions. Our best ever.

  16. You should all be thanking me, I've been singing "Jamie Vardy your wife is a grass" out my window for the last 15 minutes.

  17. Christian Fuchs (637 in 8 matches) has had more touches of the ball than Jamie Vardy (625 in 29 matches) this season.

  18. So far this season I have witnessed more winning games and scoring 4+ goals in them then I can ever remember as a Leicester fan. The 9-0 will possibly never be beaten again in my lifetime. The run we are on is bad but the enjoyment of watching this team for the most part of the season has exceeded any other season for me apart from when we won the league. The league win is half the problem though as we become a little entitled so as soon as we hit a bad spell it is sack the manager. We are THIRD in the best league in the world ffs. If we stay there then brilliant but

  20. I purposefully didn't watch that one, took the dog out in my retro Leicester shirt instead. Suppose I've got to do that every bastard match til the end of the season now

  21. What annoys me is we've 9 subs but one is a keeper plus five defensive players and fans will be moaning about not using enough subs again later Why not add a younger player as an option that the opposition hasn't heard of if needed.

  22. Thank fewk for that. Nacho has got to start from now on. He gives us what we lack with Vardy up front alone which is a ball into feet to build up higher up the pitch.

  26. Totally agree. We forget this lad was playing in League One this time last year. He's no Ricardo (yet), but for a young player in his debut Premier League season playing through a global health pandemic in which he lost his father... he's doing a fantastic job. Arsenal offered 60m for Zaha, and Justin had him in his pocket the entire game! I think in terms of raw number of games played, his performance level given the number of games he has played is better than where Chilwell, Barnes or Hamza were at a similar number of games. Of the young guns only Soyuncu and Ndidi were better a

  28. Has played his way from outcast to starting 11 team member and is likely going to start again in the next match. I thought he was one of our more creative players when playing 442, delivering a wonderful cross which Nacho should have done much better with, and then he was switched to a left sided wingback, despite being right footed still did well, cutting in and putting in dangerous balls. The guy is a total unsung hero. Yes his position is probably the one we would benefit the most by upgrading, but Marc is a valuable squad member. For me when I see him on the pitch, he reminds m

  29. Bennett gives us good options. Would actually be hilarious if he scores the winner that denies Wolves a Champions League place

  30. James Justin brilliant today against Zaha, kept him quiet all game and looks very good in the Wing Back role

  32. Phew. Midfield back working. Iheanacho remains a great option for us. Vardy got really lucky, after a mostly disappointing match, but if anyone has earned it, he has. And then he got a "real" JV goal, full of confidence again. Expect to see him bagging again for the remainder of the season. Wilfrid Ndidi, as ever, brilliant. Some of the stuff in the match thread at half time was embarrassing.

  42. I think there’s a minute amount of people that if it were up to them would have the entire planet on lockdown until the virus disappeared completely, whilst ignoring all of the issues that entails. “You’re just focused on yourself if you just want to go to the pub whilst people are DYING!” Oh aye, lets never do anything again.
