This could work so well for Maddison. Proper steal but it’s a class chant and would only need to change the green to blue and the name 😂

Oh Brendan said, we’ve got to play him in centre mid.

Oooooh words can’t describe, when we see him in blue and white.

His hair is fine, scores belters all the time.

Thats why we sing this song, for our James Maddison.

@benjoneslcfc, care to share your opinion on the lad?

Seems like you think any praise is hilarious. If you can't see how good this player we have on our hands is, then prepare to have so much egg on your face that you could put the Easter Bunny out of business.

I’ve pulled him up on that before, and guess what he did- reacted with the laughing emoji.

    Very strange.

Back on to Harvey. What a player, absolutely love the lad. He’ll go to the very top imo; hopefully it’ll be with us. He is absolutely frightening when he’s in the mood.

I'd rather the Vardy that got 18/20 or so goals that contributed more to the general play of the game to be honest.

If he doesn't score in a game then he generally doesn't do much else.

But the reality is that he's been told to conserve his energy in games because he doesn't have the same sort of stamina to press from the front like he does. It's only natural given that he's 33 and a half.

He has created some class chances this season with his vision and passes- he’d easily be on double figures for assists this season if others took their chances.

Barnes v Chelsea, Iheanacho twice v Arsenal, Barnes twice v Sheff Utd and that’s to name just a few off the top of my head.

Yes he’s an absolute nuisance when he chases all day but to say he doesn’t do much else if he doesn’t score is laughable. He doesn’t get nowhere near enough credit for his overall game.

    Why not?

Vardy is clearly the number 1 but neither Iheanacho or Edouard have proven themselves to be too big to play second fiddle to him.

Vardy won't be around forever, while his goalscoring has clearly not stopped this season you can start to see the drop off in terms of his overall impact on games. He doesn't press nearly as much as he did.

Vardy and Rodgers have said numerous times this season that he’s been told not to press and do as much work off the ball to reserve his energy. Which worked as he’s now sitting at home with the premier league golden boot.

    Wow really!

Rangers and Celtic have got their fans by the balls regarding this. The waiting list for a season ticket is ridiculously long so no fan would give up their tickets. £500+ for a virtual pass is mental.

  6. I like the idea behind the line up. Probably included Hamza to stick to Bruno like glue. Justin to make up for lack of pace from Morgan. Albrighton/Thomas for their engines and Iheanacho to stay on Lindelof leaving Vardy to exploit Maguires lack of pace.

Let’s see the first half of the season version of Leicester today. Come on!

Thought this myself, guaranteed he's the kind of annoying bloke in the stands that hurls abuse at Barnes and Chilwell all game lol

100% that kind of person. Probably can’t even kick a ball straight himself either.

Does anyone know the difference in cash between Europa and CL as a ball park?

Just done abit of research and not sure if it’s 100% accurate but what I can see is you get an initial €15.25mil for group stage of Champs League and €2.7mil for a win and €900k for a draw. In the Europa league it’s an initial €2.92 for the group stage, €570k for a win and €190k for a draw. Quite a big difference.

  9. Best performance since the Villa game that was tonight. I think having a winger in front of him helped him a lot, think he was abit unsure of his positioning in the last couple of games without anyone in front him.

Bright future for the lad, and learning from one of the best right backs in the league.

I know you were asking a Celtic fans perspective but The only current players that are really worth a fuch are McGregor, Goldson and Barasic.

Goldson is terrible. He thinks he’s so much better than he is aswell, would get torn to pieces in the EPL.

If Man City's 2 year ban is upheld... Would you buy Mahrez back for £50 million or so? I would.

50 million 😂 double that and then some and we’d probably only just start discussions with Man City.

He’s been one of their best players this season, and he wouldn’t come back here anyway.

  12. I started having a play on trading 212 at the start of lockdown. Got on Tullow oil at 16p a share and it’s now worth 35.44p a share.

Really missed the boat with Chesapeake Energy, mid April it was $0.15 a share, now it is $69.44- mental rise. Some people would have made an absolute fortune.

Put abit of money in Bahamas Potroleum, it’s got some promising signs with drilling to start at the end of the year and new area just off Uruguay recently purchased.
