West Brom's always good for a laugh.

**** off Everton.

Loved him telling our players to get away from him to let him do his thing with the celebration! Also, I meant to say the other day, i'm wondering if he's took McAteer under his wing (no pun intended) for shithouse celebrations after McAteer's celebration v Norwich, (the arm/bird flapping - Canaries).

I've not had a problem or claimed its been boring under Enzo until today and i'm not exactly calling it boring wholesale today. It's a breath of fresh air to what we'd become accustomed to. Obviously winning helps and discounts any (constructive) criticism but it's not simply being passed off because we're winning - even when we were winning under BR I absolutely despised it and couldn't enjoy it.

Wasn't enthralling in my opinion dare I say it quite a boring game (nothing on scale of the previous though), always felt in control, never felt worried (maybe the last minute freekick...) Another win and we go marching on to the next one!

It’s hard to love Nige anymore than most of us already do but the weirdos who hate him (and they proper do for some bizarre unknown reason) makes me love him even more. On those people who don’t like him I’m yet to find one of them actually explain their dislike for him.

Shakey at times, thought they were going to equalise but we stayed strong, pushed on and got a 2nd. Lovely stuff. I've spoke to people who said we didn't play well, we were up against it, e.t.c, tbh I don't mind the kind of jeopardy we're playing with - it's arguably what I was calling out for, it opens things up allowing you to play out, push forward.

Casedei clearly oozes skill but more often than not seems so clumsy.

Oh god. Chris Sutton on comms.

It’s appears to be the perfect level of fitness currently. Fit without being knackered. I had thoughts we were fit but overtraining and knackered in games over the last few years - which was where I thought injuries stemmed from (it seems injuries are still happening however). I mean when the club put videos out there was never a ball in sight, running, running and more running, albeit in slow motion, at least we see some ball work in the videos being put out now.

I'm mean we're striving to win the league, be promoted, that's the aim, if not then what's the point, with that means going back to the Premier League. Do I hand on heart prefer the Championship and find it by far and above a more level, competitive, exciting league? 100% yes. And I said that when we were in the Premier League before our struggles, so whilst I can understand people might see that as me being bitter about our relegation, it's not, I did however caveat that by saying I wouldn't be keen in being in the league (because it's tougher, more competitive, level and anyone can beat anyone.) The Premier League was once exciting but the last 5 years, borefest. Unfortunately, the Premier League is 'the league to be in'. 'The most entertaining/exciting league in the world' the media and many people claim? Is it fuck.

Two incredibly boring games this afternoon. It can't be just me who find's most football games at the 'elite', 'top level' dull as dishwater surely?

Don't seem to be appearing again.

We're a joy. I had long forgot what it felt to enjoy watching us play. Whilst it's true both Leicester and Southampton play possession based football it's like chalk and cheese, it's like two different games, i'm so glad we're finally so far removed from playing they type of nonsense, guff and tripe that Southampton are, they were bloody awful, take nothing away from how we played, it was possession with purpose, no nonsense, we were great but Southampton did half the job for us like we did for so many teams who played against us in the last few years.

All Russell Martin is missing is a silly clap and notebook.
-
****ing excellent. They weren’t wrong labeling Russell Martin as the “new” Brendan Rodgers were they? This is ****ing hilarious the nonsense they’re playing out from the back. Brain farts and doing half the job for us. As you were.

Some humble pie time. Maybe, Rodgers wasn't solely to blame for injuries. (Of course he wasn't solely but I was quick enough to blame him) Obviously Seagrave was a factor (Which is clearly becoming more and more apparent), I mean we looked majorly unfit under Rodgers but I genuinely thought it was because he was running them into the ground and injuries ensued, I still think my theory is somewhat true, that he was a major factor and part to play in injuries but its quite clear Seagrave need a proper review.

Back in the summer I said i'd be happy for Daka to be given a chance, I think he could thrive in the Championship and give him a platform to build off, equally if we had to shift a striker to bring another in (Piroe*) Daka would have been the one sacrificed out of the 3. I don't really think he's been given a chance or run with us, however I said the same about Demarai Gray which was proven to be dispelled. I think Enzo would be happy to give him a chance, why not? If the rumour of it costing us extra in add ons to Salzburg are true that is more than likely the reason he's been frozen out and not getting a chance. The powers that be, Ownership, Rudkin, the club, have made their bed, they've failed on many different levels, they've failed on deals involving Daka (whether that be signing him in the first place, agreeing add ons or failing to offload him); they cannot fail to offload, fail to bring Piroe(?) in, and/or instruct Enzo not play him because it'll cost the club in add ons, they cannot have it every which way, Daka has to be played now. (*)Yes, I know we ended up with a striker, Cannon, and given his numbers they're pretty good (I can't go of anything else, i've not even seen any highlights) but I don't believe Cannon was a first choice or even really considered until late on where he became on option we decided to plump on.

HSE seriously need to do a review on Seagrave.
