i can't seem to renew with them and I'm fed up with waiting for a reply.

Asked for the new site to pay and replied within a few hours.

Yeah I was having trouble logging in all day, but I've got home and my iPad auto filled it in and went straight in. I guess I had got my password wrong.

Have you checked your inbox in the email history bit? I've not had to renew since the change so don't quite know how it works. Should be more or less instant bud.
