Leicester had two English players - James Maddison and Harvey Barnes - score in a single European game for the first time since September 1961.

This is hardly an unbelievable stat, we have had what 14 games in this time?
Bit like saying we have not beaten a team from Azerbaijan since 1884?

we have the best shot conversion rate in the top five European leagues (23.7%)  - just ahead of Bayern...…..

We have known for some time that Vardy is one of the most efficient strikers in top world football. It is actually astounding how lethal he is given that his chances are far from easy a lot of the time.

But the stats don't tell the story of penalties or the fact we just don't create a slew of chances. Under Rodgers we have really cut down on shots from range as well.

It's impressive that we're this clinical but it's not just a positive stat either.
