I'm not assuming anything, I'm just saying that would be the only way to enforce it. I very much doubt the mods have the time or inclination to do it, I'm amazed they can be arsed to sort out most of the crap that gets posted on here. Maybe next time someone suggests something like this you could make them a mod for the transfer sub forum and see how long they maintain it for.
