How good do people think Inheanacho is going to be for Man City to even consider buying him back? He has moved for first team football and at Leicester he's going to get that. He would seriously need to be scoring on a regular basis for Man City to even consider buying him back. They are a team who can buy any player in the world. He will need to be something special. Can't say I am too worried.

They obviously think he may be good enough for the Man City first team in a couple of years, else they wouldn't be adamant on a buy-back clause to the extent they have been.

It means that as soon as they offer the amount agreed in the buy back we cannot refuse it. Any bids below or even over the specified amount we can say no too but once they hit that agreed number thats it.

The only way I see Man City buying him back is to sell him on for a profit.

And why would Iheanacho agree to this?

It makes no sense. The only reason Man City would make the transfer dependant on a buy back clause is because a lot of people at Man City think he may be the real deal and will be good enough for the first team in several years.

Remember the guy still holds the record for best goals per minute ratio in EPL history.

Yes, so in that case we will have a serious talent on our hands. He will need to be a 25 - 30 per season goal scorer I'd imagine in order for Man City to even consider buying him back. We will benefit from that. Imagine him getting 25, playing alongside Vardy who is at least a 15 goal a season striker. We would be flying up the table into the height that our owners have ambitions of achieving again.

Should Man City consider making a big, he would have to accept.

Well... if he keeps up his goal per minute ratio he's 35-40 goal per season striker...
