Our youth and training facilities are top 10 in the country. We are full and well ready to play in 1st division and have been since 2008. How dare you! You should be grateful that all us Leicester fans want to patronise you with our far superior football knowledge rather than using facts and opinions to support your own arguments. For shame. 3

Forwards not getting any service, no creativity in the squad, 39% possession (29 in the first half)... even Nigel himself acknowledged we didn't deserve the win. https://fansonline.net/leicestercity/mb/ enjoy

Interesting that all the OHL staff have English job titles - whereas everything else on the OHL site is in Flemish! I wonder when they are going to get an English website - for all us surrogate fans! Lizhang Posted 20 August 2018 Share Posted 20 August 2018 Yeah, he's the only one that's happy unfortunately. Dreadful performance once again, 1-1 draw at home. During the match, he was working hard to motivate the guys though:

We really do.. you’ll get some matches that infuriate you and some that will make you feel like you are Barcelona... but him and the owners are not preparing you to be top ten and no disrespect, that kind of plan got you relegated...they won’t stop until you ARE the best. It must be a real pig that someone has bought your club and are putting money, technology and training into your team. Especially considering how fantastic you were doing to be relegated from the Belgian first division. You're not related to the old owners by any chance? TrentFox Posted 21 August 2018 Share Posted 21 August 2018 I’m literally at Leuven station on the train as I type this. I swear I can hear NFP growling in the distance. Coming from Leicester, I’m in no position to throw stones, but it looks a very bland town.
urban.spaceman Posted 21 August 2018 Share Posted 21 August 2018 (edited) I say KP cut their losses, sell Leuven for a quid to some crackheads and try our luck in the Dutch non-League instead. Nigel will be much happier there anyway. Although saying that when James visits he’ll have free legal access to hookers. Actually this isn’t a great idea. STUHILL Posted 21 August 2018 Share Posted 21 August 2018 Pearson just isn't the same without Shakey and Walsh. They were a perfect trio IMO. There's a chance they could all find themselves working together again at some point, although Pearson really has to be doing better over there, to get noticed by Championship sized clubs again.

I'm not sure NP actually wants to get get noticed. He's never really enjoyed the limelight - notoriously difficult for the media to work with, and often spends his time off by himself, with only the occasional pack of Romanian wild dogs for company. In Belgium he's got himself a steady job without as much of a spotlight on him, employers he seems to get along with reasonably well (previous incidents forced their hand, somewhat), and arguably a nicer place to live in general. He looks much happier and healthier now than what he did at Derby, for instance.
mozartfox Posted 21 August 2018 Share Posted 21 August 2018 Living in Derby is enough to make any one look un-healthy and miserable.

Hirst is playing on the wing (while he is absolutely not a winger), with only the fullback in backup. Then Pearson subs the fullback and puts the DM in his place, leaving Hirst all alone on the wing. When the local news station then asks why he made this change, he snaps and barks that he doesn't have to explain his tactics to anyone.
