Vardy up top with Gray, Boudebouz & Mahrez behind for the games at home would be an absolute dream.

then reverting to a 4-4-1-1 with Shinji behind Vardy & Albrighton instead of Gray for the away games.

Albrighton is more effective than gray? Gray has shown nothing in these past months that he can take albrightons place. Why would you bench Albrighton for gray?

Purely for the fact during home games only, Gray is a lot more direct than Albrighton.

Ndidi over drinkwater every day. Plus we would get abused in the middle of the park with that formation.

I know.

I'm laughing whilst mocking them up tbh - it's just interesting attempting to fit the permutations of our potential squad into a formation that suits us....

Surely if anyone It's Mahrez who needs to be dropped to give others a chance

Not sure Maguire would work in the middle. Won't get the best out him, his runs through the middle of the park are incredible and he won't be able to do that in the centre. I'd say Maguire would be on the right side of a 3.

Translated...

According to the British press, the club Leicester City has expressed its wish to attach the services of the Algerian international environment of Montpellier Ryad Boudebouz this summer. The English champion in 2016, with two Algerian internationals, Islam Slimani and Ryad Mahrez, had already expressed his desire to engage the Algerian player during the last winter transfer, before abandoning his track during Days of the transfer period.

The most successful season of his career, with 11 goals and 9 assists in 33 Ligue 1 games, Boudebouz (27) has been attracting the attention of several European clubs like Newcastle, promoted first The English league, and especially the Bayer Leverkusen which offered 12 million euros.

However, the offer made by the Germans remains relatively far from what demanded the Montpellier leaders who want 15 million euros to cede the Algerian player. Having landed in Montpellier in 2015 from SC Bastia, Boudebouz played a major role in maintaining the club among the French elite, prompting the leadership of President Louis Nicollin to reward him by offering him a voucher.
