I was so pleased to see a Red Kite circling over my garden this week ...  have only seen one before in this area...  ever !!

They are generally regarded as one of the most beautiful raptors that we have in the UK ...   fingers crossed they are here to stay ...   interesting to know if anyone else sees one ...

I’ve seen one a few times over Wistow/Fleckney area.

Beautiful aren’t they?

I've spent the last 3 days, off and on, trying to tidy the garden up on our new house. Chopped a load of shrubs and trees out overhanging from the back and burnt it. I've raked and mowed the lawn which is in a terrible state. I've filled 3 dustbin bags with moss alone and there's probably another couple of bag still in it.

Question; is weed and feed any good and will it kill dandelions as well?
