 A load of shocks tonight

Legia Warsaw who made the CL group stages last year are out to Moldovan side Sheriff Tiraspol

Ostersunds, a small side from Sweden with a British manager I think, knocked out Galatasaray previously and have now eliminated PAOK

Vardar of Macedonia did the double over Fenerbache which is insane, 4-1 on agg.

Midtjylland lost to Cypriot side Limassol

Dinamo Zagreb who are CL regulars lost on away goals to Albanian side Skenderbeu

Rosenborg beat Ajax as mentioned

Red Star Belgrade beat Krasnodar on away goals

Iceland champions FH went ahead twice at Braga but lost 3-2, 5-3 on agg.

So rather notably then there is no European football of any kind for the remainder of this season for

Ajax

PSV

Legia Warsaw

Fenerbache

Galatasaray

Dinamo Zagreb

Club Brugge

Panathinaikos

Sparta Prague

Malmo

Astra

The Östersunds manager is Graham Potter, 42, a former Birmingham City, Stoke, West Brom and York City player.

The article about the rise of the club is too long to post, so a link will have to do:

I'd recommend the younger coaches to move abroad to a club with potential that is also patient.

As, in this instance, more time to have a plan for the club and keep working towards ambitions rather  - than be at a club in England where the heat is already on in terms of pressure to keep the club's fortunes around if you lose a game badly etc.

Also reckon international managerial experience could also better equip British coaches to broaden their knowledge of the role to help with their management future.

Got 'dogs' for saying Maguire was the better signing....Still my view though !

That clown holding a sprog and lashing out at the same time wants investigating !

Unbelievable and how Williams didn’t get a red was incredible. Everton look a real mess atm

This is why I love Europa. More obscure teams and nuttiness you just don't see in the CL.

Yep, I like to think I'm clued up about football but every year there's still teams in it I've not heard of

Didn't really hit the Lyon player, merely slapped him.

Still, what a **** of a fan.

Nobody discussing Williams intentionally shoving the Lyon goalkeeper just before that incident? Pure stupidity.
