Becoming that older guy slowly. You know the guy who thinks he can move like  a 20 year old but his body tells him otherwise. 

 

Was gardening today (digging up soil, planting etc) and man do my knees hurt (no homo). I'd make a terrible prisoner of war lol

I feel really good today lol. All them leg days and stepper/ max incline treadmill walks have done me proud.
