Not that good but the streakers away at Peterborough must be early 90s.

we had half the ground took an age to catch one.

Wasnt our fans finest hour after either.

End of April 1993. Remember it clearly as it was the last match my uncle took me to before he died of a heart attack the week after. Him laughing at that is my last memory of him!

Watching my fellow Leicester fans dressed as Hare Crishner climbing over the executive boxes at Portman Road in the early 90’s was pretty strange but very funny

Ha ha yes, I remember that, they managed to chase off all the Ipswich fans behind the goal giving it large thinking they were safe. However they looked even stranger when we drove past them later on and they were sat on a wall being guarded by a couple of police officers and a riot van.

My memory of this is a bit sketchy, so feel free to correct me if I’ve elaborated or missed something, but I remember playing Charlton away at Upton Park 92 or 93 and there were some city fans being escorted out of the charlton end back to the Leicester end. I think one ran into the pitch and started stripping off and one ran on and dribbled a beach ball (that had come from the crowd) the length of the pitch (whilst being chased by a steward) and pinged it in the top corner to rapturous applause from the city fans.

I also shook hands with oooh Tommy Wright that day, good times.

Are you suggesting that Sunderland’s PR team deem the match day experience to be that bad that they have to make up a story of some guy having a shit in the stand in order to encourage people to watch the team?

It's Sunderland, watching a guy take a shit in public is what they do for entertainment

On pitchside duty at Derby on Saturday and the Ram mascot fell backwards over the advertising hoarding in front of us landing flat on his back with legs in the air. Took a few seconds for him to regain his wits and struggle to his feet. lol

A City fan scaling a floodlight pylon in a FA Cup game at the Manor Ground in the late eighties. When the police arrived, he dived into the fans below and made his escape

I was chased down in mistaken identity after that match and given a good shoeing.

I did watch it in wrong end

A bird of prey munching on a pigeon or some such up in the roofing at the Kingpower a few years ago.

The bird was a regular for a few matches and I'm not certain if it was used by the club to keep pigeons and the like away from the ground but this one match, every so often a clump of feathers would come spiralling down as it tucked into its meal.

Not really thought about it until now, amazing the things you forget.
