Pretty sure I was in Yr 3 when YoYos went bang. My only vivid memory is getting one from Beaumont Leys market and being absolutely useless with it, but having once cause everyone else did.

 

Oh and also everyone seemed obsessed with how many "ball-bearings" your yo-yo had? Did I dream this or are ball-bearings actually a thing..

Some guy came in doing yoyo tricks when I was at primary school, he had one which could do all kinds of shit, loops, double back on itself, you name it

 

Bought the exact one he used off him for like 50 quid, was just an ordinary ****ing yo yo
