I personally wouldn't be coming those distances mate.

But that's just me.

I imagine the A roads and motorways would be fine.

Interestingly both the villa and coventry games have been called off, both not that far from Leicester.

If we were in the football league I rekon we'd have postponed too. Also the Wolves game called off.

I am in Birmingham. Elbow is at the Genting isn't it? I think you will be fine for there, my understanding is that the motorways are clear now. I doubt they will be on until 9 anyway, so plenty of time. Maybe look to park in the station carpark as it's normally less chaotic getting out of there.

They had a lot more snow than we did.

We have had a lot! Surprised though that the Coventry match is off with it being out of town - guessing they couldn't be bothered! Birmingham and Wolves makes sense to me as people would be coming into the city and the conditions are still pretty bad.

My wife set off from Putney (SW London) at 5.30 this morning and got to near Ashby at 8 using the M1 and tributary roads.

Where there's a will...

There’s a desire to send the wife out in shocking conditions to claim it.

Can't wait to see a load of fans get out of cars doing a shuffle, could be the days highlight.

I've just been to Sturgess on Aylestone road to get my car, no problems at all, infact the roads are very empty, burger van on the corner of Saff Lane is there.

Freemans Common down that end where you can park with no restrictions looked snowy though, some sliding getting out of there after the game.

Don't park at Freeman's Common, got a PCN last time, they are ticketing all cars without permits. Private Company employed by the estate called CMS.

Paul Weller was cancelled last night so would keep an eye on the Genting Arena social media.
