OntarioFox 1,094 Posted 20 November 2020 Report Share Posted 20 November 2020 (edited) Further to the comment two years ago, don't care what anyone says - Vinnie Jones would make a great Nigel Pearson for the film when / if it happens - chokes, headbutts, wolf battles and all Danny de Vito for Danny Drinkwater or Claudio please. In either sense, not for any sort of historical accuracy, just because it would be absolutely jokes. EDIT - oh and if the film ever does stretch that far back, can we shoehorn Richie Wellens in there and get Bobby Davro for his role please. But since you’ve edited to add the “impact” part my point becomes irrelevant as I wasn’t talking about trophies they’ve won, more the non league jump in general. Although Ian Wright, of course, was a huge success at Arsenal including winning trophies and becoming their top goalscorer. Ian Wright... go on... “plenty” you say. Popular Post Stadt 12,959 Posted 20 November 2020 Popular Post Report Share Posted 20 November 2020 That Championship team was so likeable. Vardy, Nugent, Morgan, Moore, Wasilewski, King, Drinkwater, James, Dyer, Knockaert, GTF, Hammond, Phillips, Schmeichel, Schlupp, De Laet, Konchesky. Proper blokes. 8

cruzFOX 259 Posted 21 November 2020 Report Share Posted 21 November 2020 Think it would be better if NETFLIX picked it up and created an original documentary featuring real footage and interviews mixed with some re-enactments. The movies made about Maradona or Stanley Mwas exceptional. Doesn’t need to be some overblown epic. Keep it simple and classy.

Aus Fox 8,222 Posted 21 November 2020 Report Share Posted 21 November 2020 Would love to see James Corden playing Vardy - particularly the scene in the 5-3 win where he outpaces the Man Utd backline and runs them ragged all day.
