Slimani - Wants to leave

Recommended Posts

"It is repeated, certainly, the desire of Slimani is to leave Leicester City this summer"

Algerian article above says he wants out if Puel stays, but we wont sell for less than 20 million. Doubt Newcastle will come back for him.

Puel or Slimani, tough choice

Everyone knows he wants to leave!. he'll never be the main striker here and he knows it!. As a team we just don't play to his strengths, we play to Vardy's strengths and he knows that. there will be plaenty of teams after him and he knows that as well.

Meh.  Not sure how seriously to také these claims, and even if they're true, I dont care.  Dont care about whiny players

Dont need Drago, dont need Slim.  Need Ricardo and he likes Puel

Players not playing will stay if someone comes in who'll play them shocker.

Just like Dragovic, Puel has also killed Slimani's Leicester career.

A lot of fans seem to be forgetting how good he was at times last season, our best player in Pre Season, was our best player throughout our League Cup run and in his last league game against Huddersfield, he came out like a man possessed for the second half and absolutely destroyed them, a performance that deserved to see him carry on as a Leicester City player.

The disrespect towards him in this thread is fvcking embarrassing.

Puel inherited Slimani, he didn't buy him.

Where do you suggest Slimani plays in the team?

For every 45 minutes V Huddersfield there were 5/6 poor performances.

Is he good enough to play for us? Yes, but we cant give him what he wants so he will leave.

I thought we'd got our own version of Diego Costa when we signed him, and initially I was impressed. Scoring the goal that defeated Porto is the best memory of Slimani.

.

But we were massively ripped off when we signed him and successive managers didn't really know what to do with him. I think he'll score goals in the Premiership in the right team but it just hasn't worked out here.

We'll be lucky to recover 50% of the fee we paid for him.

Who was responsible for buying a player who didn’t fit with the successful sytyle was had.?

Filbert.  Not Rudkin's fault - apparently.
