Interesting seeing Chilwell at left centre back. Very comfortable on the ball of course so started well.

Not sure how it's coming over on the broadcast, but sat behind the England goal and he was definitely at LB in the first half - he tucked in a few times when Sessegnon was back, but very definitely playing the full-back role.

Yes they changed to a 4-4-2 after about 25

just realised youve said you were there. But it was 100% a back three until 25 mins. He just naturally wants to play wide so spent a lot of time there

I think it's  been a poor game no real penetration or decent finishing, easily out muscled off the ball some really sloppy passing and phases where the football from both sides has been sleep inducing.

We've got such a talented bunch of youngsters and we're sticking Aidy Boothroyd in charge of them, it's strange.

The approach to game can be put down to him but the execution the players have got to take the blame

Didn't think it was a bad game live. Chilwell and Gray head and shoulders above the rest, possibly excluding Cook. Tough game for Madders, clearly wanted to do well in front of his old crowd, but the Dutch did a good job of packing the areas he usually operates in - still managed to link up with Gray and Sessegnon a couple of times.

Felt like we looked a lot more threatening when we started playing a bit wider and more direct and bypassing the area directly in front of their box.

Tbf to Chris Sutton he seems to hate everyone equally, so at least he's not biased like other pundits.

I've always got the impression Sutton is a WUM in the mould of Adrian Durham. Pundits like Mills, Murphy, Keown etc. are just tossers.

Wales kept alive their slim hopes of qualifying for the 2019 Euro U21s Championships as they beat battling Liechtenstein in Bangor.

George Thomas hit the target twice in the first half against their winless opponents.

But the hosts struggled to impose themselves as the game wore on and Liechtenstein took advantage.

Lukas Graber curled in a shot 12 minutes from the end, only their second goal of the campaign.

Çağlar Söyüncü earned his 16th cap for Turkey and George Thomas scored a brace for Wales Under-21s in Friday night's international action.

Foxes Trio Feature In England U21s Stalemate

- Leicester City defender Çağlar Söyüncü plays the full 90 minutes for Turkey on Friday
- Turkey suffered a 2-1 defeat by Russia in their UEFA Nations League opener
- George Thomas scored twice for Wales against Liechtenstein in UEFA U21 Euro qualifying
- Bartosz Kapustka, Daniel Iversen and Alex Pascanu also featured for their U21s sides

Söyüncü, 22, started in the heart of defence in Trabzon, but goals from Denis Cheryshev and Artem Dzyuba - either side of a Serdar Aziz strike - gave Russia a 2-1 UEFA Nations League victory.

Mircea Lucescu, the Turkey manager, elected to play Söyüncü for the full 90 minutes and, following an appearance for Leicester City's Development Squad last month, the defender is returning to full fitness.

On Tuesday, Söyüncü and his Turkey team-mates will travel to Friends Arena in Stockholm to tackle Sweden, aiming to get their first points on the board in League B Group 2 of the Nations League.

Elsewhere, young midfielder Thomas, on loan at Sky Bet League 1 side Scunthorpe United, registered a brace of goals for Wales Under-21s in a 2-1 success over Liechtenstein in UEFA U21 Euro qualifying.

Midfielder Bartosz Kapustka is a regular for Poland U21s.

Thomas, 21, struck twice in the opening 20 minutes, before Lukas Graber's late consolation, securing a win which leaves Wales fourth in Group 8, five points adrift of second place with three games to play.

Bartosz Kapustka's Poland Under-21s, meanwhile, drew 1-1 with Faroe Islands, putting them second in Group 3, one point behind leaders Denmark, who had Daniel Iversen in goal on Friday.

Foxes stopper Iversen, on loan at League 2 outfit Oldham Athletic for the 2018/19 season, played the full 90 minutes in a 2-0 victory against Finland for his country's Under-21s.

Defender Alex Pascanu, on the other hand, was dismissed for a second yellow card in a 2-1 win for Romania Under-21s, keeping the gap to Group 8 leaders Bosnia and Herzegovina to just three points.

Amartey steps in following the absence of skipper Asamoah Gyan and his deputy Andre Ayew.

This will not be the first time he is wearing the arm band as he led the team in an international friendly with Saudi Arabia.

Ghana will be hoping to clinch all three points to keep their 100 percent record to the start of the qualifiers.
