Nice scooter

Recommended Posts

Love custom bikes very rare I'd look at a scooter though.

But both scooters are awesome.

I don’t understand.

The thread title is clearly an oxymoron, @Col city fan are you able to contribute or shed any light?

Yes of course I can

Although the scooter depicted is nowhere near as plush, or quick, or tech-laden as the remarkable Suzuki Burgman 650 Executive, the paint job is still a top effort!

Well done to the artist

It’s not a Burgman, but it’s still not too bad

;)

I still love the older styles of the lambretta/vespa, something sleek and sexy about them.  Much more stylish than any motorbike or modern scooter.

PS Lambretta's over Vespa's any day, and if you haven't checked out the exhibition on New Walk, you really should.

Ron's the barber (near the clock tower) even gets an honourable mention, it is that Leiceter focused. :D

Excellent taste ! I’ve got a 1965 Vespa VBB. It’s showroom condition, only comes out in the summer. Had it for a year now.

Good job it only comes out in the summer

Ride it in the winter it’d rust up to Hell and wouldn’t run
