Luke Shaw ????

if we could get him fit and keep him fit he's got some talent but he is getting towards the Matty James level of games missed injured

The only thing I could think is if Chilwell has lost the confidence of the club hierarchy and are considering selling him to the highest bidder now rather than risking his value going down if his poor form continues. Just pure speculation on my part though.

Sunday Mirror? Weren't they the paper that made up "researched" the Maddison for 40 million + Lingard story last week? Somebody at that rag seems to enjoy printing bollocks about us.

Pochettino didn’t even want him back at tottenahm when there was rose-shaw swap deal on the cards. Seems to lack professionalism and that drive to be the best. He’s always injured too. He’s probably on £150k p/w too.

I heard that Shaw was on about 250k per week so I think its unlikely

And if Mourinho is to be believed, Shaw has been spending most of that on takeaways.

Overpaid, overrated. Man U paid £25m+ and will want that back and more. He's got a bad attitude and mentality too by all accounts. Totally not a Leicester kind of signing

Rumour has it we have had scouts watching Joe Bryan from fulham

I know @Abrasive fox has said as well we have watched Bryan for a while, but I’m sure we were linked when he was at Bristol City - he’s impressing for Fulham this season. Wouldn’t surprise me if we went for him if Fuchs goes.

I like him to be honest. If he loses some weight, he could be a gem of a signing. Problem is we cannot afford his wages unless he takes a 50% paycut.

Isn't he hardly ever fit? I'd prefer to go for his younger replacement at Man United. I can't remember his name.

Brandon Williams? I don't think they'll be selling him.

I’d start with Luke Shaw.

A positive news story for us. We might have enquired alongside a number of left backs, this one just made the papers. The club knows Chilwell is attracting interest so instead of sitting still, they prepare in case he does go. It seems to be our new, very good philosophy.
