Sorry but that's a 0/10 performance from Vardy. He didn't even press effectively. Misses a pen and blasts a good chance straight at the keeper. He cost us the game with that miss.

Yep. A lot of would-be chances that didn't happen because of his sloppy touches as well.

Our worst player today.

Personally think we’d have lost even with Wilf today. Our problems run deeper than that.

It’s all hypothetical of course, but I disagree. We were open down the middle all game long, and midfield support for Ricardo was poor to non-existent.

losing leads at home to Southampton and away to Burnley. 6 points thrown away, let's hope we've not thrown our CL place away.

No-one was particularly good but it is more the lack of pace in the game that is hurting us. For those saying Tielemans should be on from the beginning, he's come on twice as sub when we've been level and we've lost the game. He's pretty similar to Praet at the moment.

Chillerz back in for Fuchs, Hamza back in for some pressing against West Ham in a MUST WIN!

Probably time to drop Perez and play Iheanacho, he's the best looking player we've got at the moment. That through ball to Vardy was genius. Earlier in the season Vardy would've had 4 with the chances he got today. He didn't play badly just not his day.

Onwards and upwards. We can still do it.

Had enough chances to win the game comfortably. Should have had another penalty. Pope had a blinder.

Kasper inability to control his six yard box will also put you in trouble against Burnley.

Before, we were winning these types of games, and now it's not going for us.

Absolutely shocking.

What has gone wrong.

Ndidi getting injured. Best player in Europe in that position.

That's unfair I thought he actually played well

He wasn't poor relative to the other players, but he had no impact on the game.  I can't remember him doing anything crucial or pull out some great tackles.

The game seemed to pass him by.  I would say, he played like a 3rd choice CDM.

I didn’t mind the defeat to a Southampton who were always going to be up for it, but that really is a damaging defeat against a really poor side. Was actually surprised by how bad Burnley were.

The Liverpool and Man City defeats have drained confidence. We did still create a few chances with Vardy having a real off day, but there’s not enough quick passing higher up the pitch now of the sort that was almost natural in the winning run.

About the best performance recently was the reserves against West Ham who mostly weren’t involved in those games. Team selection could be interesting.

Chill out chaps. Poor result but could still be 11 pts in the bank if Liverpool come good again against Man Utd. Breathing space to get the show back on the road. Wheels started to come off once rotation started. Victims of our own success so get behind Brendan and the team.

Things aren't going to plan recently but if you're going through a whole season you have to expect poor runs.

I know a lot of use this forum to vent but we're bloody third! THIRD!

Go and contemplate that for a bit as a bit of self help!

We’re third for now, form carries on as it is though and we’ll soon drop out the top four. The big sides tend to be consistent right through the season

Worst result of the season, the really concerning thing is that we need to raise our game several notches to get to inconsistent!

ATM we are simply crap and west ham, villa and Brentford now feel like favourites.

4th is now a major ask IMHO.

Piss poor second half, a mixture of uncharacteristic mistakes and bad finishing.

The only positive was the fact that Harvey Barnes actually contributed something.

We have lost our killer instinct, watching us atm is like watching us under Puel, when things get tough we fall apart.

Was a kick in the teeth for sure but I think it was more a case of one of those games. Pope played a blinder, Vardy missed a penalty, and Evans made a rare error that they immediately cashed in. Pope fails to make that save at the start of the 2nd half and its 2-0 game over.

Foxes will finish top 4 for sure because there is no way MUFC or Wolve make up 11 points in 15 games. Don't see Chelsea catching Foxes either.

Its been a rough patch but I think there is a lot of misplaced pessimism about where things are at.

It just wasn’t..

We made loads of chances, Pope had a brilliant game and we missed the penalty which would have sealed the win

Its fine margins

Pretty much this. Not scoring the penalty, Vardy missing that chance on his left, Praet missing his chance, and us being sloppy in our own box cost us.

I think we were the better team, but paradoxically we also deserved to lose.

He was tidy, but had very little impact.  His stats today would be poor, I didn't see him really have any authority on the game

He protected the back 4 well and moved the ball about nicely. Basically his role in the side. More disciplined in his positioning and less reckless diving about than any other for alternative.

A few weeks ago, we were SECOND, now third. From the outside, it looks great. It doesn't reflect current trends, though.

The question is: "For how much longer?". Soon, it'll be fourth or us even slipping out of the Top Four, then looking back and damning the fact that we led such a glorious occasion slip away so carelessly.

That is, if we don't start turning things around quickly. Right now, we look a team that thinks it is bigger than it really is. A team bereft of a leader, a team with little to no precision, no impetus.

When even Vardy misses a penalty, you know you're in trouble.

A tougher approach to management is clearly needed. We've been sloppy and careless for about four weeks now. Attitude stinks by a country mile.

Club needs to do something about that and stop putting out "Champions League" slogans as a given, as seen recently in the Söyüncü interview. Delusions of grandeur are back.

My view of that game is the problem was a mixture of complacency slipping in plus missing Ndidi it really looked like some of our players were not up for that match at all

I'm not sure how some people can defend Vardys performance today. I love the guy and think he's a legend but today he was bloody awful. Some people need to take their blinders off!

It seems that the players have grown "too big for their boots". Because of the good start to the season and the hype and attention they recieved. it seems that they have lost their way and think that by just turning up they will secure 3 points. Knuckle down for f.... sake and show some passion. We don´t want to see Maddison rolling around the pitch at every touch. We want passion, drive and belief. The first half of the season has pampered us with passion, good play and belief. All this has gone and Rodgers seriously need to kick some ass to get things going or else we are out of top 4 in 3 games.......

Embarrassing - 6th place finish would be an achievement now.

Being as shit as we are just lately it’s a surprise we aren’t already. Chelsea and Utd seem to struggle for consistency as well
