Calls for a Premier league covid circuit breaker (whatever the Fuch that is) 1 week after taking the job because he's worried about catching it! Then says he can't keep the side up with the current squad. The fact there is a global pandemic and that wba are shit really shouldn't be new information to him. Yep..laughable really, Managers like Pep & Klopp,Mourhino complaining with all their rescources, about the Lack of Resources & Bad Planning ,on the other side Big Sam yapping about what he signed into...Then managers, like Rodgers,D.Smith,Wilder,Parker, just getting on with it & Hasenhuetl Living the dream.. Then some of these managers ,pundits, players & fans ,Not clicking in with the Covid effect realities...

Cardiff_Fox 6,323 Posted 11 January Report Share Posted 11 January Premier League want to have Fulham play Spurs where they have had to cancel the Villa game v Spurs. Fulham apparently don’t want it. These clubs hey? Fulham ought to suck it up, when one of your players breaks the rules and you get no punishment, then your position struggles slightly. They are bemoaning that they had to play 120 minutes on Saturday, well Spurs had to play on Sunday. If the clubs aren’t willing to swap things around this season, it will never get completed

It's absurd to even suggest it. There's no way they'd ask one of the "Big 6" to do it.

Didn't he buy Schlupp from us when he was at Palace? Then they'll work on long ball tactics and set pieces in order to nick points. He'll ruin the team and make them a bunch of cloggers which many (players and fans) will absolutely hate but he'll get results. I honestly think this is his toughest job. Would have been better to go back down, reassemble and come back stronger and with lessons learnt (like Burnley did) than hire Allardyce. It has happened repeatedly throughout the history of English football where successful teams have to adjust to hastily rearranged fixtures

FoyleFox 833 Posted 11 January Report Share Posted 11 January It's not a bad suggestion to substitute Spurs v Villa for the Spurs v Fulham fixture, although the late decision is poor. Surely they were aware last week that Villa wouldn't be able to fulfil this fixture and could've decided then.
North Leeds Fox 565 Posted 11 January Report Share Posted 11 January Good thing that Chelsea have had their game moved back from Friday to Saturday so we both have the same amount of time to prepare for next Tuesday. Harsh on Fulham but can see this happening a lot until the end of the season to fit in the matches.

Corky 13,581 Posted 11 January Report Share Posted 11 January Teams are going to have to accept inconvenience this season, I'm afraid. At least Fulham get an extra day off after their midweek game which several teams didn't get over Christmas.
RowlattsFox 2,497 Posted 11 January Report Share Posted 11 January I'm sure Fulham would rather the game out the way, they don't want a fixture pile up later in the season.
Popular Post winteriscoming 1,112 Posted 11 January Popular Post Report Share Posted 11 January Would rather be in our position where we’ve played all our games. Don’t like games in hand rather have the points on board.

Phube 2,001 Posted 11 January Report Share Posted 11 January At this point it seems like there is a competition between Villa and Man City to who who will have the most games-in-hand by March!

yorkie1999 4,630 Posted 12 January Report Share Posted 12 January I think that this season with how things are going, any team that can stay in touch with 3 or 4 games to go can win it. We’ve got a good chance, if we could get one extra striker. I know people think he’s rank but I reckon andy carroll would be a good signing. Big lad as an option, can score a goal and has never won anything so would give him a bit of a career ending boost.
