The Bear 3,873 Posted 16 January Report Share Posted 16 January He's been a bit off most of this season. He's getting on a bit and I think the amount of football in the last 18 months are catching up with him.
Miquel The Work Geordie 12,104 Posted 16 January Report Share Posted 16 January Humphrey has just said "well done him" to a professional footballer scoring a goal from open play, patronising dildo.

We're way too easy to play through at the minute with very little pressure on the ball until they have it near our box. Penalty was soft as shite. Probably should have had a pen for handball too. His arms and hands were out in front of him so should have been given. Good to see a bit of strength from Silva for his bodaciously awesome goal. Moaning when you are winning- you can tell he's been on this forum a while.
The Bear 3,873 Posted 16 January Report Share Posted 16 January That penalty really is soft. Doesn't really catch him on the lunge but their player clatter into Boly making it look like he's been clattered from the lunge.

The WB player is protecting the ball with his hands and withdraws them when he realises the ball won’t be breaking to a Wolves’ player. I do think that Wolves look like they’ve got far more talent in their side than West Brom though and it’s good news for everybody in the bottom half of the table that WBA and Sheffield Utd look like relegation certainties. I think any one of Brighton, Burnley, Fulham or Newcastle could join them though. Edited 16 January by Jobyfox
Collymore 3,873 Posted 16 January Report Share Posted 16 January (edited) Anyone else glad Big Sam is suffering? The press went completely overboard when he picked up a point against Liverpool and now it's obvious that actually he's just an average manager. What I don't like is that it is so obvious that he doesn't really care about WBA more his CV when he eventually takes them down. He'll happily throw people under the bus. They've just equalised 2-2 as I've written this end but I'd imagine that'll end 4-2 Wolves. Edited 16 January by Collymore

Zear0 404 Posted 16 January Report Share Posted 16 January Speaking of soft penalties. Classic example of fuming if your team didn't get it, but livid if it went against you.
StanSP 28,108 Posted 16 January Report Share Posted 16 January Ha, good header to equalise. Wolves had the better of the game since then really. And now West Brom have another penalty Pereira scores it. Second time Wolves have given away 2 penalties in a game this season.

The Bear 3,873 Posted 16 January Report Share Posted 16 January So he's clipped him as he's already going over after the ball has gone but Semedo got barged after the ball went but that wasn't a foul? These refs are bent as ****.
Tomek 43 Posted 16 January Report Share Posted 16 January Can’t help but think so many penalties would be saved if goalkeepers just waited before driving.
StanSP 28,108 Posted 16 January Report Share Posted 16 January I think it was a penalty. I remember similar happening on Vardy against Watford a couple of seasons ago (or last season?!). Turned the defender, got clipped, ref and VAR didn't give it.

Kopfkino 4,245 Posted 16 January Report Share Posted 16 January Soft as shit penalties, need to go back and watch some games from the last 20 years just to check it’s not just that defenders have become brain dead and they do just give anything these days. Funny seeing Wolves fans descend into conspiracy about refs hanging up on Nuno cos of his comments about Mason
RowlattsFox 2,469 Posted 16 January Report Share Posted 16 January Didn't have this down as a high scoring game. You'd love to be a penalty taker now wouldn't you, almost guaranteed 10 goals a season.
Jobyfox 1,151 Posted 16 January Report Share Posted 16 January Well I thought Wolves were going to go on and win this game with ease. Not for the first time the football gods make me look a bit silly.
