Bednarek's red card has been rescinded.

So that means Mike Dean and Graeme Scott got it wrong on the night :dunno:

I feel confident an open and frank apology will shortly be issued by the PGMOL and the referees will learn from this experience.

I know Man City are absolutely bossing it now but surely some context required?

They've just gone through January, handily aided by the break they were able to afford their players due to COVID, playing several bottom half sides - only Villa and Chelsea (the latter who haven't beaten a top 6 side all season anyway) the anomalies since start of January. Even in December it was only Southampton and Utd they played who could have challenged properly.

Their next league games:

Liverpool away

Spurs home

Arsenal away

West Ham home

Man Utd home (start of March)

Plus a CL tie with Gladbach and Swansea away in FA Cup (they should win).

I can't see them winning all of those so maybe they won't pull away as many might expect...

Their postponed game against Everton is now on the Wednesday between the Spurs and Arsenal game. Difficult run

I see that Chilwell hasn't tweeted since his ill advised cringe worthy luv for Lampard post last week, seems Tuchel  see's Chilwell as Lampards player, that's why he's not picked again.

I highly doubt that is why, maybe he just doesn't want a safety first weak minded left back.

How does Kante not get in Chelsea’s starting line up? Also surely you would start giroud at the min over Werner

Dare I say we saw the best of Kante whilst he was with us, maybe his first season at Chelsea was on par but since then he’s been on a downward spiral.

He hasn't featured since the 55/60th minute of the first game. Really hasn't set a good impression so far

Without watching him closely at all I thought he was having a decent season under Lampard.

New manager, new ideas and he’s out of the side, time will tell if he has a long term future under the new manager.

I have nothing against the lad but it's obvious how massively over rated he was here considering if he was still here he'd be our 4th best full back.

Soon as anyone young (maguire an expection) english player makes the England team they are over rated and there prices rockets

JJ is better by a Country mile!..

Honestly, there's no comparison.

£55,000,000 😂😂😂😂..

We've absolutely shafted them!!

I’ve heard that before and enjoyed him bleating on about Spurs thrashing people and us only winning 1-0. Over the season  ....... they scored a grand total of ONE more goal than us 😀

I love the persevering with Werner.  lol  Wonder how long Tuchel will persist with him.

Giroud has to wonder about favourites.

On current form, Chilwell would be better up front than Werner.
