Nuneatonfox in Manchester 235 Posted 8 September 2020 Report Share Posted 8 September 2020 I absolutely loved the ‘be C***s’ speech in the dressing room, when he slapped the pictures of all the city players on yellow cards
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot 1,314 Posted 8 September 2020 Report Share Posted 8 September 2020 Binged this today. Think it's brilliant, fair play to Danny Rose for going in and having it out with Jose.

Yes he’s not good as he was before but can’t expect him to be great every game when he’s not playing week in week out. The part about going to Daniel levy was perhaps a bit unnecessary though. UniFox21 7,486 Posted 8 September 2020 Report Share Posted 8 September 2020 Levy has some proper Partridge moments on this show. Comes out with some proper stupid remarks
RonnieTodger 3,672 Posted 9 September 2020 Report Share Posted 9 September 2020 Levy's voice is hilarious. Comes across as a guy with little man syndrome. I'm amazed at the access they've got to be fair with one-to-one meetings etc. Love these kind of sport docs.

It's that part. Running of to the chairman because he's not playing? I wouldn't want those sort of players if I was manager. He did make some good points though and I don't know why he got slated for that.
The Horse's Mouth 2,811 Posted 9 September 2020 Report Share Posted 9 September 2020 How small is levy btw? He makes mou look like a giant
KFS 3,108 Posted 9 September 2020 Report Share Posted 9 September 2020 Until Levy is gone they won’t go anywhere as a club. They’ve tried their hardest to make him look nice and with the clubs best interests at heart, but he still comes across as a proper weirdo
Durnerz 362 Posted 10 September 2020 Report Share Posted 10 September 2020 Enjoyed watching this today. They seem really devoid of a leader in that dressing room. Kane is better at leading by example on the pitch as a player but lacks that oomph to get his team mates fired up. Mourinho you can see is a decent guy but still feel like he's reeling after the Man Utd job.
KFS 3,108 Posted 14 September 2020 Report Share Posted 14 September 2020 Don’t watch episode 9. Ryan Bennett the fvcking fairy god mother.
Steve_Guppy_Left_Foot 1,314 Posted 14 September 2020 Report Share Posted 14 September 2020 Deli Ali on making baked beans, what a simpleton.
trabuch 2,530 Posted 14 September 2020 Report Share Posted 14 September 2020 I enjoyed ep 7. Good comedy value.
Rain King 1,640 Posted 15 September 2020 Report Share Posted 15 September 2020 It's a good watch I think. Dele an absolute simpleton and there was another player I didn't recognise who kept popping up with the odd comment on a par with him too. Alfie White man, about 5th choice 'keeper. My mrs was in the room whilst i was watching this. Her reaction was "what the fuch. Is he fuching serious never cooked baked beans? No wonder people think footballers are thick. He should get his head out his arse and try living in the real world." Couldnt really argue with her when microwaving baked beans seems like an achievement to him. Samilktray 3,962 Posted 15 September 2020 Report Share Posted 15 September 2020 I refuse to believe Mourinho actually enjoys managing this Spurs team. The mentality of them all is so soft, seems to go against everything he’d look for in his teams.
RonnieTodger 3,672 Posted 15 September 2020 Report Share Posted 15 September 2020 Jamie O'Hara using this documentary to criticise Mourinho this morning was a treat. Basically slagging off Mourinho's basic instructions, as if they'd let Amazon show every Tom, Dick and Harry his every thought.
kingfox 4,912 Posted 15 September 2020 Report Share Posted 15 September 2020 Just watched Episode 7, best of the lot so far, comedy gold, especially after the Wolves defeat.
UniFox21 7,486 Posted 15 September 2020 Report Share Posted 15 September 2020 Just finished ep 7, Levy genuinely comes across more and more as a weirdo in one

Agree with you but there were many moments I sat back after hearing a Mourinho line and was like “err what?” His and Loris’ communication often is something generic about aggression, delivered with passion and finishes with ‘eh?’. I’m not sure he actually gets many good ideas across in a coherent way

Rain King 1,640 Posted 15 September 2020 Report Share Posted 15 September 2020 Just watched the last episode. Cringe worthy TV and I'm not talking about Bennett's defending. Kane's baby gender reveal video conference 🤮 Team dressing room photo to celebrate coming 6th ala Arsenal 2015. And Levy comes across as an absolute weirdo.
Manwell Pablo 5,488 Posted 17 September 2020 Report Share Posted 17 September 2020 I’ve enjoyed it, the one thing I took from it is it’s easy to laugh at them with half their attacking players out but when your watching something like that you get the “fuchs sake that is actually a nightmare to deal with” realisation of it all Mourinho has actually done a reasonable job all things considered. Plus I hear Gareth Bale will be co starring in season two 👀.
jaqo88 179 Posted 19 September 2020 Report Share Posted 19 September 2020 The part when they were doing the stadium tour on the roof, they asked Levy whether he had a fear of heights, and he said something like "I don't mind it until I look down" and he said it in a proper weird way Isn't that the exact reason why you would be scared of heights... Izzy 23,552 Posted 19 September 2020 Report Share Posted 19 September 2020 Thought it was a good watch overall. Levy seems to hang around everywhere like a bad smell and far too hands on for my liking. You can tell Jose is pissed off with the players weak mindsets and he’s got a big job on his hands there. I know it’s trendy to hate on Spurs but they’ve got a hell of a set up there and just need a couple of strong leaders to be real threat imo. And the bald head of recruitment bloke seems like a right cvnt.
