Popular Post Vacamion 11,276 Posted 29 October 2020 Popular Post Report Share Posted 29 October 2020 No. Not since I became a fan taken to the ground by my Dad in the late 70s. The only circumstances I've seen it expressed in here is remarkably seldom, when people hate the manager and want him sacked. I've never felt that. When we were sinking under Ranieri and Puel (and before that under Holloway or Taylor) I was still desperate for them to turn it around, right up until they finished.

The People's Hero 1,953 Posted 29 October 2020 Report Share Posted 29 October 2020 Just now, Trav Le Bleu said: Get out! You get out and go and watch LCFC from another dimension managed by Peter Taylor in some shoddy non league scenario. Or Bully Pearson threatening fans, strangling opposition, orchestrating son-led-orgies and bringing the club in to repeated disrepute. ps Love you really.

Popular Post Mark_w 5,318 Posted 29 October 2020 Popular Post Report Share Posted 29 October 2020 (edited) I wanted Donny to equalise in 2014. We'd have still had 100 points and thought it'd be nice for both of us to be celebrating and Dickov to stay up, don't care for Brum. shailen 1,889 Posted 29 October 2020 Report Share Posted 29 October 2020 Never - I've always wanted us to win every game we're playing but at times I've wanted us to rest players and rotate our squad to prioritise certain games.

Stuntman_Mike 1,198 Posted 29 October 2020 Report Share Posted 29 October 2020 Nothing personal but I feel this question sums the negativity of this place up. We win in Europe and we get a thread within the hour asking about when we've wanted our own team to lose 2 1
Leicester_Loyal 4,777 Posted 29 October 2020 Report Share Posted 29 October 2020 (edited) I think I wanted Claudio to lose his last couple of games with us so he'd be sacked before he took us down, can't think of a time other than that I've wanted us to lose. Loved him aswell Edited 29 October 2020 by Leicester_Loyal
The whole world smiles 4,846 Posted 29 October 2020 Report Share Posted 29 October 2020 What a stupid question. Why would anyone on this board want Leicester to lose apart from that Burnley fan who lingers round here like a bad smell @dsr-burnley

TrickyTrev Benjamin 26 Posted 29 October 2020 Report Share Posted 29 October 2020 Yes, Man City away when kompany scored that wonder goal. Meant stopping Liverpool from winning the league. Only ever time I’ve openly wanted us to lose. 2
TeamRocket 233 Posted 29 October 2020 Report Share Posted 29 October 2020 Nope but have put a bet on us to lose cos everytime i put on to win we lost so started to put bets to lose and we'll we became champions of England. Didn't work following season though so gave up betting haha
Spudulike 3,163 Posted 29 October 2020 Report Share Posted 29 October 2020 I've never, ever wished for us to lose. However, on a rare occasion I can console myself after a defeat by thinking some good might come of it. Most recently the night we lost to Man City to that Kompany goal which virtually stopped Fenway Red Sox from winning the title. I was still gutted about that missed Nacho sitter though.

deanolegend1989 750 Posted 29 October 2020 Report Share Posted 29 October 2020 Literally never. No matter how much I’d want us to get rid of managers in the past or get knocked out of comps, secretly deep down I still want to win, always! Id say the arsenal game in the league cup this season, with the bad draw we got, the fact we’re in the Europa league, lots of injury’s etc is probably the first time I’d argue I was happy to get knocked out, however in the game when it said ‘there’s been a goal’ I wanted it to be us still!
